Cultivation

Hypericum perforatum is easy to grow

Plant in place in autumn or winter, in previously loosened and cleaned soil, in a sunny position all day long in all seasons

St John's Wort withstands poor and dry soils in summer, but will enjoy occasional watering, which promotes its growth

Cut all dead stems to ground level during winter, not forgetting to mark the location as occupied

The plant will grow back from its roots each spring, forming bigger and more beautiful tufts
