Lathyrus latifolius - Perennial Sweet Pea - Seeds, 1 packet
Perennial Sweet Pea is only grown as an ornamental for its clusters of flowers all summer round, pale pink, pink and purple, as well as for its bluish-gray foliage.
Lathyrus latifolius requires no special care and is interesting to garnish the uncultivated areas of the garden, usually as ground cover, possibly to climb a fence, wall, debris or old stump.
The flowers are very attractive to butterflies, and the plant is not overwhelming despite spontaneous production of seeds.
Sow in April or May in place or godets, full sun exposure.
The plant grows back each year from its stump, always more floriferous and stronger.
